THE PRODUCT
Hiring now runs through psychometric and game-based tests, one-way video interviews and assessment centres, and most candidates see them for the first time on the day that counts.
CogniPrep recreates those assessments in the browser, matching each provider's format, timing and scoring, and gives every session a score, a percentile and a feedback report. Free games need no card, and paid features are one-time purchases rather than a subscription.

Real test simulations
Browser-playable versions of tests from providers such as SHL, Aon cut-e, Arctic Shores, Watson Glaser, Criteria CCAT and Wonderlic.
AI video interviews
Mock one-way interviews with feedback on content and delivery, and a transcript with filler words flagged.
Assessment centre practice
E-tray, in-tray, written, presentation, group and role-play exercises, with AI feedback on written answers.
Scores that mean something
A raw score, a percentile against other candidates, a five-band category and a feedback report for every session.

An honest interview pipeline
Answers are transcribed verbatim so filler words survive, pace and pauses are measured deterministically, and AI models score content and body language. Failed jobs are refunded rather than given made-up scores, and videos are deleted after processing.

Scoring that matches the real thing
Each provider's own rules are implemented, from negative marking and adaptive difficulty bands to no-penalty and difficulty-weighted scoring.

Population statistics are recalculated every night, so percentiles reflect how real candidates are performing.
